Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 November 2026.
This page explains what happens to the information you share when you use the contact form on this site. It applies to rukeshvaran.com and www.rukeshvaran.com.
What is collected
When you use the contact form, you choose to send a name, an email address, a subject and a message. The form also carries a hidden field that exists only to catch automated spam; a person filling in the form never sees or fills it in.
Nothing else is collected through this site. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics tools, no advertising networks and no third-party scripts watching how you move around the page.
Why it is collected
Only to read your message and reply to it. The details are used to answer the enquiry you raised — nothing more, and never for marketing.
Where it goes
Each message is saved in a private database that belongs to this site, and is emailed to rukesh@rukeshvaran.com so it can be read and answered. Messages are not sold, rented or shared with anyone else.
How long it is kept
A message is kept for as long as it takes to answer the enquiry and follow up if needed. It can be deleted sooner on request.
Your choices
You can ask what has been kept about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email rukesh@rukeshvaran.com and the request will be handled.
How it is protected
Stored messages are not open to the public and are not listed anywhere on this site. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so a message you send is sent with that understood.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Other sites
Pages here link out to LinkedIn, Substack, Amazon, WordPress and other services. Once you follow one of those links, their own privacy policies apply and this page does not cover them.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Continuing to use the contact form after a change means the newer version applies.
Governing law
This site is run from Singapore, and this policy is read under Singapore law.
